PRIVATE VILLA – PORTO CERVO, SARDINIA
Costa Smeralda, SardiniaRedefining an existing U-shaped volume, originally divided into several units, and the layout of the entire area, a luxurious single-family villa has been designed, isolated on a promontory in the heart of the Costa Smeralda and surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.
The entire project was based on sustainability and environmental impact to create a unique, prestigious place: from the orientation of the spaces to optimise exposure to the sun in winter and minimise it during the warmer months, to the construction materials. The sleeping area was structured around the central courtyard, protected from the mistral and shaded.
