Housing in the Alps
Viale Callet, BardonecchiaConceived as an interpretation of mountain chalets, in an area near the historic center of Bardonecchia, characterized by the coexistence of post-war villas and seventies condominiums, it presents itself as a contemporary project with no nostalgic connotations.

Close to dense mountain vegetation, the new building consists of four floors above ground with five apartments per floor, four of which are corner, while the fifth, with a single air, faces the south front. The whole project was carried out in the name of sustainability, from the orientation to the use of a continuous cladding in wooden slats on all four sides, creating a volume of wood, counterpointed by a light copper roof and balconies with a metal structure. a simple and immediate language to respond effectively and sustainably to housing needs.
