Green Pea, TurinACC Naturale Architettura creates with Staygreen C ● LIBRI’ for the Green Pea library space in Turin. A system of resilient bookcases, in full compliance with the principles of sustainability and well-being. They are essential, innovative bookcases with a creative yet timeless design. They have large shelf lengths, different heights, are adaptable and modular, allow great freedom of composition, suitable for display, consultation and sale.
Metal wedges take up the round Green Pea logo to become hinges-binding and allow different configurations of the bookcases: coupled, book open, in line. To be placed against the wall or to divide spaces. The structure of the bookcase is made with sheets of double wave recycled Kraft paper, which gives them its most typical character with strips of structured cellulose, a mixture of wood fiber, recycled paper and natural glues, treated naturally. The shelves are finished in MDF and the colours are customized on the range of cream and blue colours of Green PEA. Materials and production technology make it a highly ecological and 100% recyclable product. The technical characteristics of the cardboard treatment, resistant to wear and impacts, water repellent, contribute to the creation of an object suitable for public spaces and high traffic.
